Lions picked Ndamukong Suh-He will be great! He's ready to roll.

Buccaneers picked Gerald McCoy-I have mixed feelings about him. The film looks good but Suh was a better pick. McCoy is looking very emotional right now.

I'm 3 for 3 so far.

Redskins picked Trent Williams-That's 3 Sooners in the first 4 picks. This pick may not pan out though. The film didn't pop out to me as much as Russell Okung's tape did.

Chiefs picked Eric Berry-Good decision this will help their Speed-Of-Sloth Secondary. He's a major ball hawk. The Big 12 streak has been broken!!!!!!!!!!!

Seahawks pick Russell Okung-The Seahawks got really lucky. Okung should have gone to the Chiefs. Okung is what I call a "Body Guard or Insurance".

Browns pick Joe Haden-Ball hawk, but not a lot of tape. Needs to hit harder and knock the ball loose. He's crying his eyes out!!!!!

Raiders pick Rolondo McClain-He's pretty good, and what they just did probably pissed off many Giant fans.

Bills pick C.J. Spiller-Rookie of the year prospect but might not even start his first season. Having him sit will help him learn from Fred Jackson. This is good for the Bills but I'm FREAKING OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jaguars pick Tyson Alualu-Why him? I'm very surprised. I thought he would go in the 3rd round!!!!!

Please 49ers, don't pick Jimmy Clausen. I like the 49ers and I don't wan them to take Clausen.

Pheww. 49ers acquire 11th overall and pick Anthony Davis out of Rutgers. Rutgers is starting to build a bit of a first round streak with Kenny Britt going in the first round last year. With Ray Rice going in the second round the year before Britt, and Devon McCourty possibly also going in the first round with Anthony Davis this year, Rutgers is becoming a player in the NFL draft.

Chargers acquire 12th overall pick from the Miami Dolphins and take Ryan Mathews. Too early! They didn't have to trade up even if they were desperate for him.

Eagles acquire 13th overall pick from Broncos and pick Brandon Graham-He's good but Derrick Morgan should have gone first. Graham's faster but Morgan's stronger and more aggressive. Now let's get out there and make some Manning soup!

Seahawks pick Earl Thomas-He looks good on tape but can he transition into the NFL?

Giants pick Jason Pierre-Paul-He is a physical specimen no doubt about it. But can he show speed in the NFL. He is a Boom or a Bust. I think he's gonna bust.

Titans pick Derrick Morgan- Morgan is a beast. He will help their rush, now without Haynesworth, Vanden Bosch, and Kearse. He looks great on tape also.

49ers pick Mike Iupati- Good decision. Their O-line is gonna be strong and versatile.

Steelers pick Maurkice Pouncey-He is a great anchor for their O-line. He will help with their 'worst O-line to win a super bowl' team.

Falcons pick Sean Weatherspoon-Good decision. He can play numerous linebacker positions.

Texans pick Kareem Jackson-Most physical corner in the draft. He hits hard and is very aggressive.

Bengals pick Jermaine Gresham-I don't have a lot to say for tight ends. But he fits their pass first, run second offense.

Broncos pick Demaryius Thomas-They should have picked Dez Bryant, but I'm glad they didn't.

Green Bay Packers select Bryan Bulaga-He's a real blockhead, and I mean that in a good way. He's perfect for Green Bay. Big relief. Now the Patriots better pick my man Dez.

Cowboys pick Dez Bryant-Patriots traded down again. What is their problem? I can't believe they let Dez Bryant go to the Cowboys. But he will help Miles Austin in the receiving corps.

Broncos trade up to the 25th pick Tim Tebow-They gave away their draft store to the Ravens to get the 25th pick. Will it be worth it? Only time will tell.

Cardinals pick Dan Williams-Good pick although he slid farther than I really thought he would. This will help Darnell Dockett take care of their D-Line.

Patriots finally pick Devin McCourty-Complete waste! They're stacked at Corner Back.

Dolphins pick Jared Odrick-He's good. I wish the Patriots would have taken him instead of Devin McCourty.

Jets pick Kyle Wilson-Not a good decision. He looks good on tape but they don't need any corners.

Lions trade up to 30th overall and pick Jahvid Best-Good Choice. He fits their offensive style.

Colts pick Jerry Hughes-He will help their D-line a lot.

Saints pick Patrick Robinson-He slid a lot more than I thought he would, but this will be a great help after the departure of Darren Sharper.

2nd round

Rams pick Roger Safford-They needed him a lot. But his film didn't pop.

Vikings pick Chris Cook-They needed help in their aging secondary but he has really bad foot work and he over accelarates.

Bucaneers pick Brian Price-Big guy 6-11 303 pounds but I'm surprised because they got Gerald McCoy in the first round and now they got another DT.

Chiefs pick Dexter McCluster-They Don't need him he is just a duplicate of Jamal Charles. But on the other hand he is very versitile.

Eagles pick Nate Allen-Not a good pick. He can't tackle and in the NFC East you have to be able to tackle Barbarian and Brandon Jakubs.

Browns pick T.J. Ward-I preticted he would go in the 4th or 5th round. He has had Elaphant sized medical problems.

Bucanneeers acquire 39th overall mpick from Raiders and pick Arrellios Benn-Golden Tate should have gone before him and he is a bit slow.

Dolphins pick Koa Misi-Small Line backer. Needs to get more muscle and strength.

Bills pick Torell Troop-Not a good pick. He is very big and agile but also extremly slow to react.

Patriots acquire 42nd overall and pick Rob Gronkowski-Great film and brightr future. He looks amazing on tape. The next Kellen Winslow.

Ravens pick Sergio Kindle-Good pick he will help them a lot. Ray Lewis will take him under his wing.

Raiders acquire 44th pick and take Lamarr Houston-Good pick he will help Richard Seymour handle their D-Line. He will help them get better a bit faster than speed-of-sloth.

Broncos pick Zane Beadles-not a good selection from the little tape I saw of him.

Giants pick Linval Joseph-Little tape not much to say.

Cardinals acquire 47th pick and choose Daryl Washington-Good pick he is very fast but needs to gain some weight.

Panthers pick Jimmy Clausen-Bad pick. Telegraphs all his throws and is very immobile.

49ers pick Taylor Mays-Great pick. Very Physical and fast but needs to practice his ball hawking skills.

Chiefs pick Javier Arenas-Nothing popped on his tape but I guess it is a good tape.

Vikings acquire 51st overall and pick Toby Gerhart-He may change to Full Back but will help their power back field.

Steelers pick Jason Worilds-Undersized but will be very helpful in the pass rush.

Patriots pick Jermaine Cunningham-Decent pick. He had a good workout with the Pats.

Bengals pick Carlos Dunlap-Back to back Defensive Ends from Florida. Good player and he looks good on tape.

Cowboys acquire 55th overall and pick Sean Lee-Good Player and very underrated.

Marshall Makes Money!

Brandon Marshall was traded to the Miami Dolphins today April 14th 2010. Marshall had spent the last 4 seasons with the Denver Broncos. Brandon Marshall had caught 327 passes for 4,019 yards and 25 Touchdowns over that span of time. Marshall may or may not help. What do you think?

Holmes Shipped To Gang Green

Santonio Holmes was traded from the Steelers to the Jets today. Holmes was picked by he Pittsburg Steelers in the 2006 NFL Draft and also caught the winning pass in the 2008 Super Bowl. I don't think Santonio Holmes will help in the big apple because he was suspended for the first four games of the 2010 season and I think he has lost his spark. What do you think?

AFC North Draft Position

The AFC East has had it's ups and downs when it comes to drafting. In this article I'll show you who needs what.

New England Patriots
QB-Just for the future. Not needed to start any time soon-Tim Tebow or Tony Pike.
DE-Their pass rush just wasn't the same this year without Richard Seymour and with Jarvis Green gone, this move is mandatory-Brandon Graham or Derrick Morgan.
WR-Need a third string to strengthen the receiving corps-Golden Tate or Damian Williams.

Miami Dolphins
WR-Mandatory Ginn isn't going to last long so they need someone to go behind Davone Bess-Dez Bryant or Demaryius Thomas.
FS-They need to fill that hole in their secondary. It's as simple as that-Taylor Mays or Eric Berry.

New York Jets
WR-They need a young talented receiver. Very badly-Demaryius Thomas.
NG-Kris Jenkins is aging fast and he had that season-ending injury last year-Dan Williams.
DE-Not Mandatory but could prove to be useful in the future-Derrick Morgan or Brandon Graham.

Buffalo Bills
The Bills have too many needs but only one is in plain sight.
QB-Extremely mandatory. It has to happen. They have drafted tons of QBs in the past and none have worked-Jimmy Clausen or Colt McCoy.

McNabb Gets Skinned

Donovan McNabb was traded to the Washington Redskins on April 6th, 2010. Rumors had been floating around the NFL recently about a trade, and the rumors have been confirmed. I don't think Donovan McNabb will be very helpful to them because of his tendency to get injured whenever you think he'll be great.

After the Patriots' loss of Wes Welker Tom Brady will have to help around him, like Julian Elda man, Ben Watson, Sam Aiken and Isiah Stanback. New England also has to get their running game off the ground with Laurence Maroney and Fred Taylor. On Baltimore's side, Joe Flacco can't make mistakes with New England's depth in the defensive backfield. Baltimore also has to get their corners in lock-down mode. I think it will be close, but I think New England will come out on top 31-21.

Chris Johnson rushed for 2,006 yards this season. He is only the 6th player to rush for 2,000 yards in a season along with Eric Dickerson, O.J. Simpson, Barry Sanders, Terrell Davis, and Jamal Lewis. He also set the record for all purpose yards with 2,559 passing Marshall Faulk. Chris Johnson is definitely an MVP candidate.

Last night the undefeated New Orleans Saints lost to the 8-5 Dallas Cowboys. After a Saints 3 and out, Tony Romo threw a forty nine yard TD pass to Miles Austin. On the next New Orleans drive, New Orleans went 3 and out. Then Marion Barber pounded the ball into the end zone! On the next drive, Drew Brees was stripped of the ball by DeMarcus Ware. Dallas then tacked on a field goal. Then Drew Brees threw an interception. Then Dallas punted on the next drive. The opening drive of halftime Dallas went downfield for another Marion Barber score. Then New Orleans went downfield and scored on a 1 yard TD run by Mike Bell. In the fourth quarter Drew Brees threw a 7 yard TD pass to Lance Moore. Later in the fourth Dallas drove down field inside the Saints 30 yard line but Nick Folk missed the field goal. Then New Orleans went down the field but with six seconds left DeMarcus Ware Stripped Drew Brees of the ball for a Dallas 24-17 victory!

The Giants have not won since week 5. Eli Manning has thrown 6 picks in 3 games. The Giants secondary is not performing after allowing 8 TD passes in their last three games + their D-line has only 5 sacks in the last 3 games. They need to pick it up.

Ted Ginn Jr. took two kickoffs for TDs a 101 yarder and 100 both in the third quarter. Although he is no longer a starting receiver his blinding speed can be a secret weapon. Ted Ginn Jr. was the ninth overall pick in the 2007 NFL Draft. That should probably bring big expectations for this speed demon.

This week Tom Brady threw 6 TDs against a week Titan D. I think he showed some flash backs of the 07 season especially in the second quarter. Randy Moss and Wes Welker caught 5 of his 6 TD passes. Not to mention he did it all in the snow!!!!!

Donnie Avery out for six weeks

Donnie Avery injured his leg at practice. Assuming it was minor he finished practice. Early this week he had an MRI taken and it turned out to be much more severe than he thought. He should be injured for 4-6 weeks. This leaves lots of damage to they're receiving corps. What do you think will happen?

Kenny Watson was released by the Cincinnati Bengals Monday. Kenny is a back without speed or power but is smart and can find the holes. He won't start. He may be a second or third string. He'll probably go to Philadelphia or Jacksonville. Jacksonville needs a back up for Maurice Jones-Drew. He can also pass-block so he can get it done. What do you think?

Pat Kirwin at nfl.com says the New England Patriots need to improve their pass protection if Tom Brady is to play another 10 years. He says there would be 35 sacks and 80 hits. But I think their line is fine if they start Matt Light, Logan Mankins, Dan Koppen, Snephen Neal, And Nick Kaczur. All Tom needs is 3 seconds maximum to get the ball down field.

Browns Sign Rodrick Hood!

Rodrick Hood is an impact player. Rodrick will be a key player in the Browns secondary. Rodrick Hood has played for the Arizona Cardinals and Philadelphia Eagles. Carson Palmer: Will He Return At His Best?

Carson Palmer was injured in week four of the 2008 regular season. I don't think he will return at full strength, but the Bengals may be a decent team in '09. Carson needs to get out of the pocket. If he doesn't, he'll be a sitting duck. But they have to open more holes for Chris Perry and Cedric Benson. Look for Carson Palmer and the Bengals to pull something together like 9-7.

Who Is The Best: Brady Or Manning?

Ever since the 2006 AFC Championship Game people have been wondering who is better, Tom Brady or Peyton Manning? I think it is Tom Brady because he has a stronger arm, which means he can throw the ball farther. And, if we're going to go by Super Bowl wins, Brady has won three to Peyton's lone Superbowl win. Peyton's numbers may look superior, but if I were to pick a QB for my team, it'd be Brady. Brady is also better in the clutch than Peyton, and you want your quarterback to be there for you when it really counts.

Does Thomas Jones Want Out Of Gang Green?

Thomas Jones may want out of New York. He hasn't attended off-season workouts and it looks like he wants a new contract. I think he will go somewhere new. Maybe Seattle or Houston. I think Thomas Jones' departure will have an impact, if he does leave. But if he doesn't leave, will he get a new contract? I think so, and the contract will probably be an 18.6 million dollar deal.

So, if he leaves he leaves. If he doesn't leave, than good for the Jets. I think he will have a huge impact wherever he goes. What do you think?

Jets Interested In Adam Jones?

I don't believe that the Jets are Adam's type of team. Adam must go to someone like Tampa Bay or Indianapolis. So if Adam "Pacman" Jones is going to one of those places does he start? I think so because, don't forget, he is a very talented player. Adam Jones will be a team captain because he pumps people up. I think he will help wherever he goes.

JeMarcus Russel vs. Jeff Garcia

I think we all know the Raiders picked up Jeff Garcia for one reason and one reason only, and that is for him to be the back up behind JeMarcus Russel. But I think when it all comes down to it Jeff will be the starter so that JeMarcus can learn from a veteran. JeMarcus Has the arm but not the accuracy and isn't what I call experienced. But the Raiders do have other problems to solve. But when the season finally begins Jeff should be the #1 QB on that team.

Jason Taylor Back To Miami

Jason Taylor signed a 1 year 1.25 million dollar contract with the Dolphins early this week. Jason Taylor is going to help linebacker Joey Porter but he has to learn about coach Tony Sparano. But they will fall short of the playoffs. Another good thing about having Jason is he can play defensive end and linebacker. They will have a 7-9 season at the most I predict.

Harrison: Is It The End?

I think Marvin Harrison has more football in him, possibly 4 to 5 years. So if he is staying, where is he going? I think Marvin Harrison will go to Jacksonville to pair with Tory Holt or to Tampa Bay to get that passing game going, and possibly to Oakland to help Jevon Walker. But what I think is most likely is for him to go to Baltimore. I think Marvin asked for a release because he had been in Indianapolis his whole career and probably wanted out. Marvin is not leaving the NFL. And if he is, it won't be this year.

How is Gonzalez going to help the Falcons?

Tony Gonzalez is going to help Matt Ryan become a solid QB and since he is such a dangerous pass receiver they can use him in the red zone. He can even block to buy time for Matt Ryan. So whenever the Falcons need something they should go to Gonzalez. Tony was traded from the Chiefs to the Falcons for a 2010 2nd round draft pick two weeks ago. He can also show the younger receivers and tight ends how to run routes and younger tackles how to block. I predict Tony Gonzalez is going to contribute to the Falcons offense.

Favre One Last Time?

Brett Favre will not return because he has been in the league since 1991. He will just throw interceptions and he would probably do it as a Viking. Brett shouldn't come back if he wants the Hall of Fame so all this drama is probably all a waste and anyway eighteen years is enough so if anyone knows anything about Brett Favre then they should know he is not coming back.

Alex Smith vs. Shaun Hill

Alex Smith was the overall no. 1 pick in the 2005 draft and I don't think he had enough time to prove that he deserved it. He's only played in 32 games in his whole career. Shaun Hill isn't worthy of being a starter. And as I said, Alex Smith hasn't had enough time to prove himself. Alex Smith is mobile, and has a lot of talent, and what the 49ers need is a mobile quarterback. If Mike Singletary thinks Alex Smith isn't the guy for the job, they should target Michael Vick.

Alex Smith is a Pat. This effective pass receiver will be a great fit for the patriot offense. He has guts and can take a hit. The Patriots acquired Alex Smith on a trade with the Buccaneers. He was a primary receiver last year for Jeff Garcia and Brian Griese. He is mobile and a deep threat. He will work well with Benjamin Watson and can block to get some time for Tom Brady. He will even help on special teams. He will burn up the AFC.

Roy Williams The Safety Is A Bengal

Roy Williams signed a 1 year contract with the Cincinnati Bengals Thursday morning. This hard hitting safety is going to help their poor secondary. He will force fumbles and crush receivers. No one likes having to go get the ball when Roy Williams is in the area. I predict the Bengals will have a great defense this year.

Tom Brady coming back is going to effect the Patriots play. Now with the running game re-established by Fred Taylor the Patriots are my Super Bowl Champs. Tom Brady will be throwing many TD passes next with Randy Moss, Wes Welker, Joey Galloway, And Greg Lewis. They won't have much competition with only the Dolphins in their way, and drafting a secondary to help Leigh Bodden, Shawn Springs, Brandon Meriweather, James Sanders, Lewis Sanders, and Rodney Harrison and Ron Brace to help Vince Wilvork . The Defense will have their upgrade. That is the key to winning.

Thoughts On The Jason Peters Trade

Ever since Tra Thomas left Philadelphia the Eagles have needed a left tackle. Well now they have one, Jason Peters, who they got in a trade with the Bills. The trade was pick twenty eight in the draft for Jason Peters. So now Donovan McNabb has a complete line with Jason Peters, Todd Herremans, Jamal Jackson and brothers Shawn Andrews, and Stacy Andrews. And with receivers Desean Jackson and Jeremy Maclin they will be flying their way to the playoffs. Matthew Stafford vs. Mark Sanchez. Who will succeed faster?

Mark Sanchez will have more weapons like Dustin Keller, Jericho Cotchery and Leon Washington. Matthew Stafford will only have Calvin Johnson and Ronald Curry. Mark Sanchez will have a better line to protect him.

The Lions were 0-16 in 2008. It's unlikely we'll see the Lions do what Chad Pennington did with the Dolphins after their 1-15 season. Stafford doesn't have the experience.

Look for the Lions to go 5-11 and maybe 6-10, but that will be it.

Vince Young loses his starting job

Not having the starting job, Vince Young can learn from Kerry Collins. In a few years he can have the job back. Collins is boring and he is not a great quarterback, but Vince can learn how to take a sack and stay in the pocket from Collins.

Vince is a good leader, but he always tries to run the ball and he won't throw it away. He can learn that from Collins.

Maybe Collins will learn how to run from Vince. Yeah, right. One can dream, no?

Edgerrin James released by Cardinals

The Cards have Tim Hightower and the rookie Chris (Beanie) Wells, so they don't need the Edge anymore. Edgerrin has wanted out for two years, so now he got his wish. The Cards released him last week. I think there are a number of teams who could use him. The Bengals could use Edgerrin James. I think he has 2-3 years left in him.
